Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Assistant (Agency) and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will support the efficient movement, management, and storage of materials within our warehouse facility. Duties

Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels accurately
Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stocking and organization of products
Assist with picking and packing orders efficiently for timely shipment
Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items
Maintain safety standards during all materials handling activities, including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks

Experience

Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance or construction environments is highly desirable
Experience with forklift operation and certification preferred
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar platforms) is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience in materials handling, stock management, or logistics roles is advantageous
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, as well as picking & packing processes
