Overview
KS Global Enterprises Ltd, a luxury vehicle company, is seeking a professional and reliable Executive Chauffeur, Lead Driver & Vehicle Caretaker to work closely with our CEO. This is a varied, hands-on role combining exceptional driving with the highest standards of vehicle presentation and upkeep. You'll chauffeur the CEO and clients in a luxury Mercedes-Benz V-Class, run errands and household pick-ups on behalf of the CEO, oversee a small team of drivers, and take full ownership of keeping our vehicles in pristine condition — both cosmetically and mechanically. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, self-sufficient and genuinely takes pride in their work — someone we can rely on without close supervision. Professionalism is non-negotiable: you must be smartly dressed and impeccably presented at all times. We're looking for someone able to start promptly.
Important — parking requirement: You must have space to park at least one vehicle on your road, driveway or nearby. We're prioritising candidates based in Hertfordshire or North London who can meet this.
Hours & availability: This role requires genuine flexibility and strong availability. Hours vary, and some shifts will run late into the evening or overnight — for example when the CEO or family members attend dinners or events. You should be comfortable with an irregular schedule.
Duties
- Safely and courteously chauffeur the CEO and clients in a luxury V-Class, on time and to a high standard
- Run errands and tasks on behalf of the CEO, including general house pick-ups, collections and drop-offs
- Manage and coordinate a small number of other drivers, ensuring rotas are covered and company standards of driving, presentation and conduct are upheld across the team
- Take ownership of vehicle maintenance across the fleet — ensuring every vehicle is properly maintained, both exterior presentation and engine/mechanical condition
- Liaise with our mechanic to schedule servicing, MOTs and repairs, and follow work through to completion
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicles inside and out — regular detailing is a core part of the role
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report or address any mechanical issues promptly
- Source and liaise with trusted specialists, particularly firms capable of repairing bespoke/customised vehicle interiors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the vehicles meet safety standards
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages, including heavy lifting when required
- Manage trip scheduling and coordinate around the CEO's and clients' preferences
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, fuel consumption and trip logs across the fleet
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
What we're looking for
- Prior executive chauffeur experience is essential — ideally having worked with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) before
- Security experience is highly desirable — e.g. close protection, SIA licence or a similar background
- Experience supervising or coordinating other drivers or a small team is a strong advantage
- A full, valid UK driving licence with a clean record (private hire / PCO licence advantageous)
- Strong driving skills with a focus on safety, punctuality and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail — in both vehicle care and client service
- Consistently professional in manner and always smartly dressed — a well-groomed, smart and neat appearance is required at all times on duty
- Genuine flexibility and good availability, including late evenings and occasional overnight shifts
- Ability to start promptly and immediately
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures — exterior care and mechanical upkeep — to keep vehicles performing and looking their best
- Responsible, organised and proactive — able to solve problems, manage tasks and lead others independently
- Excellent communication skills, with professionalism and discretion around senior management and clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling luggage or equipment
What we offer
- Fixed basic salary starting from £2,215.00 per month; with bonuses for additional or extended hours beyond the usual schedule
- Vehicle and fuel provided, and expenses covered
- A close working relationship with the CEO and real responsibility from day one
