About the role:
We're looking for a hard-working and friendly person to join us in our production site in West London. The job involves working in a fast paced kitchen environment where we make high-quality frozen meals.
Overall Responsibilities & Duties
The Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound deliveries and ensuring items are checked, stored, and organised correctly
- Supporting warehouse organisation and maintaining clean and safe storage areas
- Preparing pallets and outbound deliveries ensuring items are ready for collection on time
- Supporting food preparation activities by preparing meats, frozen vegetables, cans, packaging, and preparation items for production teams
- Bringing stock, ingredients, pallets, and packaging to operational teams when required
- Conducting stock checks and supporting accurate inventory management
- Managing pallet areas and ensuring stock rotation standards are maintained
- Escalating stock shortages, quality issues, pest concerns, equipment issues, or operational risks quickly
- Leading warehouse operations in the absence of the Senior Team Members

- Fast paced - picks up tasks quickly and carries them out efficiently and accurately.
- Attention to detail and eye for food safety and hygiene.
- Personal skills - ability to calmly and effectively manage a diverse team.

Pay: £12.71-£13.23 per hour
