Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Event Crew members to join our team for a variety of events and functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting event operation - from installations to de-rigging the equipment. This will include assisting the set up of production equipment, set, stage and decorations at a variety of events from corporate affairs to concerts, festivals and more. The ideal candidates will be punctual, have a team ethic and will be a capable learner with the ability to carry over 25kg. A driving licence will be preferred but is not necessary.
A familiarity of event or crewing industry is also preferred but not essential.
Duties
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are prepared to meet event requirements
- Arrive on time and 15 minutes early to every shift when possible.
- Listen to and follow instructions
- Support the smooth running of events by coordinating with team members and vendors
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated schedules
- Load/unload trucks and move equipment safely and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist technical teams with rigging, cabling, and general site preparation
- Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
- Full Uniform and PPE is required at all times
Requirements
- Preferred UTR (Unique Tax Reference number) /Self-employed contractors
-National Insurance Number (N.I)
-Proof of right to work
Qualifications (not essential)
- Driving Licence
- IPAF
- CSCS Card
- Telehandler
- Forklift

What we offer? Freelance shifts with competitive pay: £13–£19+ per hour (depending on experience and skills) Bonuses and supplements on top of hourly rate
- Flexible work: shifts available 24/7, minimum 3-hour calls
