What We're Looking For
We are looking for experienced professional chauffeurs who take genuine pride in their work and consistently deliver the highest standards of service.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' professional chauffeur experience
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years
- No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
- Valid TFL PCO licence
- Must be based within the M25
- Excellent knowledge of London and the surrounding areas
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional appearance
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A calm, courteous and professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of discretion and client confidentiality
- A proactive, customer-first approach
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- A genuine passion for professional chauffeuring and delivering a first-class client experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class chauffeur service to Crawfords' clients at all times.
- Ensure clients receive a warm, professional and discreet service throughout their journey.
- Arrive early and fully prepared for every booking.
- Conduct thorough vehicle checks before each journey and ensure the vehicle is presented to an exceptional standard.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and condition of the vehicle throughout the day.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide appropriate assistance when entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Monitor journey times and traffic conditions to ensure clients arrive punctually.
- Communicate professionally with clients, our operations team and other Crawfords departments.
- Anticipate client requirements and proactively identify ways to enhance their experience.
- Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality when working with high-profile and VIP clients.
- Report any vehicle issues, incidents or client feedback promptly.
- Follow Crawfords' operational procedures and maintain the company's high standards at all times.
