Responsibilities
- Safely operate a motorcycle to deliver packages promptly across various locations.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to meet delivery deadlines.
- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including timestamps and recipient signatures.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws.
- Report any delivery issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure personal and public safety.
Qualifications
- Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in courier or delivery services preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
